Old stone-built stable and barn of 200 m2 over two floors plus loft space and solid construction, with its own meadows and traditional granary, in a very small village perched above the entire Teverga valley, in Asturias. Set at 780 metres altitude on the road climbing to the Puertos de Marabio, a Natural Monument, it enjoys an extraordinary view over the whole valley and the high peaks of over 2,400 metres of the Ubiñas-La Mesa Biosphere Reserve and Natural Park. The historic Roman route to León known as the Camín Real de la Mesa and the famous Senda del Oso trail both pass through the area
