In the summer of 2023, brothers Laureano (70) and Alberto López-Rodó (61) decided to merge our careers after years of reflection, travel and independent professional experiences. We both saw the opportunity to embark on a project that would combine maturity and complementary skills acquired over the years.
Thus an exciting idea was born: to conserve and rehabilitate traditional spaces in unique natural environments, always with a focus on respect, excellence and comfort.
This project had to be motivating, differential and relevant, with a positive impact on society. As a result, we set out to preserve and transmit the valuable cultural and natural legacy of these places. All of this through products that stand out for their uniqueness, differential approach, quality and a moderate scale that would allow us to maintain our vision.

Founding partner and Administrator, is mainly involved in the Environment, Design, Construction and Maintenance. He has extensive experience in Business Management, Nature Management and geobiology, restoration and rehabilitation of traditional country houses in Catalonia and Mallorca; as well as the creation of Conservation Areas and the construction of Lodges and Tented Camps in the Kenyan Reserves.
He graduated in Law in Barcelona, and obtained the MBA Master in Business Administration and Senior Management from IESE (Barcelona) and the Master in Nature Management and Conservation from the University of Cadiz.

A practicing lawyer, he has extensive experience in tax and corporate advice. His area of practice includes advice on acquisition processes, project financing and resolution of disputes between shareholders, among others. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the Tax and Financial Law Section of the Culture Committee of the Barcelona Bar Association. He has been a professor in the International Master of Business Management-MBA at the Ramon Llull University.
